FUNDRAISER: AFL Golf Day 2023
We had our annual golf day on the 7th of June at the ERPM golf club.
Winter is never a reason to not play golf as all our players proved yet again on the day. A great, fun-filled day was had by all. The overall winners on the day was Paul and Coen Fourie, who played an immaculate round of golf.
At every AFL event we sell raffle tickets for our annual prize, but thanks to Dullstroom Country Cottages and Highland Gate Golf and Trout Estate we were again able to do an interim draw for tickets bought on the day. A huge congratulations to Trevor Friend who was the lucky winner of this prize.
We had a successfull auction done by OCGP that also contributed to the success of the day.
We would like to thank all involved. A heartfelt thank you to each player, sponsor and donor for helping us reach our goal.
All funds raised this year goes towards the Rhino conservation project AFL will be involved in later this year. Thanks to our loyal supporters we are well on our way to make this project a huge success.
